Sip, Savor & Celebrate!
Planning your wedding bar shouldn’t mean estimating bottles, making a giant liquor-store run, hauling everything to the venue, and hoping you bought enough.
With Arlington Acres’ in-house bar service, we handle the ordering, stocking, bartenders, mixers, ice, setup and cleanup.
You choose the bar style that makes the most sense for your wedding, your guests and your budget. We take care of the rest.
Choose the Bar Style That Fits Your Wedding
Pay for what your guests actually drink. Most venues don't offer this and our couples love it!
Choose one predictable hosted-bar price based on your guest count. This is similar to what most venues offer.

All Packages Include
Professional Bartenders: Our experienced bartenders keep service moving smoothly while making sure your guests are served responsibly throughout the night. Standard bar service includes bartender staffing, insurance, licensing, setup and cleanup.
Great Beverage Options: From beer, wine and seltzers to house, call and premium liquors, we’ll help you build a bar menu that fits your wedding and your crowd. Signature cocktails can also be incorporated into eligible bar options.
Non-Alcoholic Options: We make sure your non-drinking guests are covered too, with standard non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the event.
Stress-Free Service: We handle the details behind the scenes, including alcohol ordering, stocking, ice, mixers, garnishes, bar supplies, setup and cleanup. That means one less thing for you to shop for, haul in, or worry about during wedding week.
Responsibly Poured: Our standard bar service includes up to five consecutive hours of service. We’ll coordinate bar timing with your wedding-day timeline so cocktail hour and the reception flow smoothly from start to finish.

The Consumption Bar
This option is all about flexibility. You’re only paying for what your guests actually drink, which makes it a great fit for couples who want to host the bar without committing to a flat per-person price.
Here’s How It Works:
1. You choose the menu.
Beer and wine? Add seltzers? Full bar? A couple of signature cocktails? We’ll help you build a menu that makes sense for your crowd and your budget.
2. You decide how much you want to host.
You can cover the full bar for the evening or set a maximum dollar amount you’re comfortable spending.
3. We keep track of what’s served.
Our bartenders track each drink throughout the event, and our per-drink pricing is designed to stay simple and reasonable.
At the end of the night, you pay for the drinks your guests actually ordered.
Why This Might Be the Best Fit for You:
-
You have a light-to-moderate drinking crowd.
-
You have a specific bar budget you want to stay within.
-
You like the idea of paying only for what is actually served.
-
You want the flexibility to set a hosted limit or offer only certain types of drinks.
-
You want a great bar experience without automatically paying a per-person rate for every adult guest.
For many Arlington Acres couples, we expect the Consumption Bar to offer the best combination of flexibility and value.

The Per Person Package
Think your guest list is mostly adults and likely to be a pretty big drinking crowd? A Per-Person Bar Package may make the most sense.
You pay one flat rate based on your final guest count, and your guests can enjoy unlimited drinks from your selected bar menu for the duration of bar service.
Here’s How It Works:
1. Choose your bar type.
-
Beer, Wine + Seltzers
-
A simple, crowd-friendly option with all the essentials.
-
-
Full Bar
-
Beer, wine, seltzers and liquor, with different liquor tiers available depending on what you’d like to offer.
-
2. Finalize your guest count.
Your package price is based on your final number of guests, with guests under 21 priced separately.
3. Enjoy a predictable bar total.
Once your guest count and package are set, you’ll know exactly what your hosted bar will cost.
Why This Might Be the Best Fit for You:
-
Most of your guest list is 21+.
-
Most of your adult guests plan to drink.
-
You expect a moderate-to-heavy drinking crowd.
-
You like the idea of knowing your bar cost ahead of time.
-
You want guests to order freely without keeping an eye on a hosted spending limit.
For the right crowd, this can be the easiest and most straightforward way to host the bar.
