Optional Linen Package

We’re excited to now offer an optional linen package in partnership with a third-party vendor! This gives you access to a variety of linens and colored napkins to help personalize your reception space.

Here are a few important notes to keep in mind as you consider this add-on:

• If you’d like to see the napkin color swatches in person, just ask us during an Open House—we’re happy to show you our color swatches!

​

• Color availability can vary, so we recommend checking in with us before making your final selection.

​

• Linen color choices must be finalized by the deadline listed in your online wedding planner. That date is important! If your guest count changes after the deadline, we may not be able to guarantee additional linens in your chosen color. Please plan accordingly and treat that deadline as final.

​

• Our team will handle setup of the linens. Your decorator will be responsible for placing napkins.​​

​

• Linen colors available are white, ivory or black. Specialty colors or patterned linens can be quoted.

​

• The linen rental fee is as follows: 

  • $447 for up to 100 guests

  • $555 for up to 150 guests

  • $627 for up to 200 guests

  • $690 for up to 250 guest

  • Napkins are $50 for up to 150 guests and $100 for up to 250 guests. All guest counts should include the wedding party.

Lastly, please note that this is the only part of your wedding that we outsource, so availability may shift depending on the vendor’s stock. We'll always do our best to keep things smooth and seamless on your end.
