How the Consumption Bar Works 

Step 1: Pay the $500 bar setup fee.
This covers two bartenders, insurance, licensing, and getting everything ready for bar service.

Step 2: Set your maximum bar budget.
You’ll choose the most you’re comfortable spending on hosted drinks before tax and gratuity. We’ll keep a credit card on file that is authorized up to that amount.

Step 3: Choose what you want to host.
You can keep it simple or build out a fuller bar based on your crowd and budget.

Choose from:

• Beer

• Seltzers

• Wine

• House Liquor Drinks

• Call Liquor Drinks

• Premium Liquor Drinks

• Specialty Drinks​

​

Specialty Drinks include cocktails with three or more ingredients, or drinks that require ingredients we don’t normally keep stocked at the bar.

From there, we track what your guests actually order throughout the evening, and you only pay for what is served—up to the maximum budget you set.
