We got married 10/16/22 at Arlington Acres and it was hands down the most BEAUTIFUL venue!!! We could not recommend them enough to anyone looking for a low cost, more do it yourself venue!! Sarah was absolutely incredible to work with and provided such detailed documents to help with the planning process. This venue allowed us to have a ton of freedom with vendors which helped us to stay within our budget! Our friends and family absolutely loved the venue as well! The property was absolutely stunning for fall pictures! If you’re looking for a barn venue THIS IS IT!!! I would recommend Arlington Acres to anyone.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! We didn’t need much decor because the venue just speaks for itself. I feel like it would work for all styles of weddings as well. After our wedding I was so sad realizing that I would probably never be back there, unless someone else had an event there but I fell in love with it from the first time we seen it. On top of how great the venue is, the owner is so nice and helpful! She had open houses throughout the year which was nice to get better ideas and bring family and friends in. She was there to assist if we needed anything on my wedding day, as well as rehearsal. We highly recommend this venue, you will love it!

We could not have asked for a better venue and location for our August 2022 wedding! As a strong Catholic, we actually had our ceremony at the local Catholic Church, St Mary’s, but Arlington Acres provided the perfect place for out cocktail hour, photos and reception! Although we didn’t have our ceremony at Arlington Acres, we were still able to use the Bride and Groom suites to get ready that morning. The bride suite is clean and beautifully styled with enough chairs and mirrors for all of us to easily get ready. We were blessed to be the first couple able to use the new space for our reception, which allowed us to have more space for dancing in the old barn! The new space was crisp and white with a grand stair case that provided the post beautiful back drop for photos. Despite the summer heat, the fans and open venue space provided the perfect breeze to keep the area nice and cool. We had our cocktail hour and dancing up in the old barn which provided a hint of rustic elegance. We loved dancing the night away under the chandeliers! Sarah and John were amazing to work with as we prepared for our wedding and provided a clean, welcoming and beautiful space for our wedding! It is a top notch venue with the feel of being in the middle of no-where but conveniently only a few miles from local hotels and stores. The rustic charm, beautiful landscape and amazing amenities make Arlington Acres the perfect wedding venue. We would highly recommend Arlington Acres!

Sarah and John are phenomenal! Planning a wedding is stressful in itself, the food, flowers , dates, timelines etc. we didn’t know where to begin. Once we found the barn, spoke with Sarah and visited the gorgeous property we had a better sense of what to expect and a lot of our stresses were relieved with the helpful planning tools Sarah provides. From layouts, to vendors they were a step ahead of us with any questions and recommendations whenever we needed them. They have a very hands on approach while letting you plan and have the day of your dreams. Being able to have our rehearsal at the venue as well as start setting up for the next day was really nice. We’re just jealous the addition was after our wedding! We have nothing but the best to say about the Barn At Arlington Acres and how how thankful we are to have picked such a beautiful place to get married with all our friends and family.

Absolutely beautiful and perfect venue for our wedding! As soon as I pulled up for our tour I knew this was the place for us, everything is picture perfect. Sarah was so great to work with, she was so helpful throughout the whole process and on our wedding day. My vendors easily could talk to her for anything. You can tell how much Sarah and her husband care, they really have the perfect place for your wedding day. I’m so excited to get all of our pictures back to share. 🤍

The Barn at Arlington Acres was the perfect wedding venue for us!! The barn is rustic, elegant, and simply beautiful (seriously, just look at the photos!). We were able to get ready on site, have our ceremony outside, pictures on the property, and reception in the barn. Their property offers it all! Sarah and John were so great to work with - answered all of my many questions, always responded quickly, flexible working with us, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and so kind!! We had the most perfect wedding, and I can't imagine it being anywhere else!

Can’t get over how perfect Arlington Acres was. Our wedding was beautiful I can’t thank Sarah enough for the help she was. My photographer ghosted me a couple hours before and she went and called photographers and found me one last minute. And also was there when I realized the train in my dress was still buttoned up. The barn and space is beautiful what they have done to the barn the past year is amazing, and the people who own it are so genuine I can’t wait to see their venue keep growing. The bridal suite was one of my favorite things they have!

The venue was absolutely perfect! From the hanging lights, chandeliers, wall of rustic mirrors, beautiful barn windows letting in the perfect amount of light, to the bridal suite with french doors that open up to the ceremony area, grooms suite on the opposite end of the barn, and the owners, Sarah & John, who were so helpful and kind - I would recommend this venue to any couple looking to have an elegant, OR casual, barn wedding!

This ceremony & reception venue is by far the perfect mix of rustic elegance. The white chippy exterior gives it that vintage, country charm. While the interior of the barn is just stunning with the wood beams, chandeliers and twinkle lights making it a magical night. The bar area is awesome and so unique to your wedding if you customize the chalkboard sign behind it! Our guests had so much fun out on the lawn entertaining themselves with the lawn games we brought; and we had many compliments from people saying the barn, even at the end of June, felt great temperature wise inside. Sarah has thought of every little detail to make this venue perfect. She is wonderful to work with and very prompt on answering any questions you may have. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding!

Where do we begin with our praise of this beautiful venue. Our daughters wedding was so beautiful here - and we couldn’t have been more blessed by not only the setting and accommodations but also by the wonderful owners. The Bolte’s are among the kindest and most gracious people we’ve ever worked with. Yes the barn is beautiful, yes the setting was perfect, yes the bridal and grooms suites were amazing, the bathrooms were great, the catering room, the gorgeous historic barn, the breathtaking property that provided the most gorgeous outdoor setting for pictures and our reception - I could literally go on and on but as amazing as the material things were - even more amazing was the kindness and caring owners who own Arlington Acres. They were so wonderful to us. Sarah was the best communicator of anyone we dealt with throughout the entire wedding planning process, she reached out constantly, offered anything and everything she could to make our experience better, stayed in constant touch, especially that last week leading up to the wedding day. The rehearsal the night before she walked along side us and was there to assist however she could, the day of the wedding she was always present if we needed her, did everything in her power to meet all our needs and she bore with our hiccups (all created by ourselves from things we forgot or didn’t plan properly for) and had the most patience with our large wedding party and maximum capacity of guests. We had our wedding ceremony in the barn and the reception in a rented tent outdoors and she communicated on our behalf to all our vendors, she just went above and beyond and she checked on us all throughout the day to make sure we had all we needed. We didn’t have a prior relationship with the owners - we were just another client for them yet they treated us like family the entire weekend. I would highly recommend this venue - it’s beauty sets it apart from other wedding venues by far. Our daughter could’ve gotten married for free at our home church where we attend regularly but it was well worth the money to make her dreams come true of a barn wedding - the kindness and professionalism of the owners just made it that much more worth it. If we had to do it all over again we’d book again and again with this wonderful venue. If you’re looking for a rustic, beautiful barn setting with a perfectly manicured farm property that also has all the modern conveniences you need - from the bride and groom suites, a great kitchen for your caterers to prep and serve from and a facility that makes your guests feel 100% comfortable than look no further than Arlington Acres!!!! God tremendously blessed us through this venue and the owners for the biggest day in our daughters life and we will forever be grateful for the way they honored and served us. Thank you Arlington Acres for everything.

We just got married there August 29, 2020 and could not have asked for better owners to work with. John and Sarah are the nicest people you could meet, and are willing to help you in any way they can. The venue is gorgeous and you cannot beat the views you get for photos. While the renovations were not complete for our day- the vision they have will be phenomenal once it is finished! You cannot beat this Venue!
