How the Per Person Bar Works
A QUICK NOTE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PACKAGE
For many Arlington Acres couples, we expect the Consumption Bar to offer the best combination of flexibility and value. You only pay for what your guests actually drink, and you can set a maximum budget ahead of time.
But every guest list is different.
If your wedding is mostly adults, most of those adults plan to drink, and you expect a moderate-to-heavy drinking crowd, a Per-Person Bar Package may actually make more sense. You’ll know your bar cost ahead of time, and your guests can order from your selected bar menu throughout the evening without worrying about reaching a hosted limit.
Bar Setup Fee: $500
The setup fee includes two professional bartenders, insurance and licensing.
Then, simply choose the package that best fits your crowd:
Beer & Wine & Seltzers — $20 per guest 21+
Includes beer, house wine and standard non-alcoholic beverages.
Beer & Wine & Seltzers & House Liquor Cocktails — $24 per guest 21+
Includes beer, wine, seltzers, house liquor cocktails, standard non-alcoholic beverages and up to two approved signature cocktails.
Beer & Wine & Seltzers & Call Liquor Cocktails — $27 per guest 21+
Everything included in the House Full Bar, with upgraded call-brand liquor selections.
Beer & Wine & Seltzers & Premium Liquor Cocktails — $30 per guest 21+
Everything included in the Full Bar, featuring our premium liquor selections.
Guests Under 21 — $5 per guest
Includes unlimited standard non-alcoholic beverages throughout bar service.
Plus Tax & Gratuity
Tax is 7.25%. If a tip jar is allowed out all evening at the bar, no required gratuity is added to the final bill. If a tip jar is not approved, then a required 20% will be added to the total per person fee (not the bar setup fee).
Products Included
Our brands and products are subject to change, but one thing we’re really excited about is the variety included with each bar level.
Rather than making you choose just a couple of beers, wines, or liquors from each category, all of the standard products included in the level you select will be available to your guests.
That means more choices for them, fewer decisions for you, and one less thing to overthink during a planning process that already comes with plenty of decisions.
