How It Works
1. Bring Your Own Alcohol: You provide the beer, wine, and spirits of your choice.
2. You select your bar package (per person – required if alcohol is served)
3. We provide trained bartenders + everything else needed to serve. You enjoy a smooth, professional experience — no stress, just celebration!
Planning a Dry Wedding?
If you are not serving alcohol, you are not required to purchase a bar package.

Bar Service Pricing Structure
To keep your event seamless and consistent, all Arlington Acres weddings and events are required to use our in-house bartending service if alcohol is served. Bar service is made up of two required components:
1. Bartender Fee: $250 per bartender (Most weddings will require two bartenders, the number of bartenders is based off of your final guest count)
2. Per Person Package: This is not optional—this is what allows us to fully stock and execute your bar.

Arlington Acres Bar Policies

Pricing is based off of 6 hours of service

Host provides all alcohol with this package. Arlington Acres does not have a liquor license, so cash bars are not permitted.

Final head counts are due 21 days prior to event and the final payment is due 14 days prior to event.

We want your day to be fun, memorable and safe. Our staff will only serve alcohol to guests 21 and over. We reserve the right to ID guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.

Arlington Acres has a strict NO SHOTS policy. All straight alcohol must be served over a full glass of ice.

If a tip jar is allowed out all evening at the bar, no required gratuity is added to the final bill. If a tip jar is not approved, then a required 20% will be added to the total per person fee.
