Catering & Food Trucks
Caterers
The Important Details:
-
There is no food and beverage minimum at Arlington Acres
-
There is no minimum of guests required
-
Most meals are buffets or meal stations. With receptions held in the lower barn, plated meals are possible as well.
-
You'll work directly with your caterer so there is no mark-up by Arlington Acres on your bill. Arlington Acres does not take commission on food and beverage (this would raise your bill but it sometimes common in the wedding industry)
-
If you are considering a food truck, we recommend getting 1 truck per 75 guests. While food trucks are so much fun they do tend to make the meal last a little longer.
-
Arlington Acres does not provide linens, we recommend getting them through an outside vendor, your caterer or purchasing on your own.

Frequently Asked Catering Questions
Do you have any catering requirements?
You are welcome to use whichever licensed and insured food caterer you like. The Seneca County Health Department requires we use only licensed and insured caterers. Proof of licensure is required 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Can we supply our own food?
We do not allow self-catering. All food must be prepared in advance in a licensed kitchen.
