GETTING READY

Start the day relaxing with your friends and family in the getting ready suites at our rustic wedding venue in Ohio as you prepare for a monumental day. We also have indoor modern restrooms with A/C and heat.

 

Both the Bridal Suite and the Groom Room are INCLUDED in our pricing!

The Bridal Suite

Our bridal suite is a favorite feature for most of our couples with tons of space for your bridal party to get ready all morning.

  • Access beginning at 9am on wedding day

  • Lounge area with plenty of seating and vintage couches (great for photos!)

  • 5 make-up stations 

  • Floor length mirror

  • Dress racks

The Groom Room

We didn't forget about your fiance! This space is certainly a cozier vibe with ample space to get ready and plenty of space to spread out.

Choose from 3 indoor & outdoor ceremony locations

This allows you to truly customize the day and our spaces to fit you and your fiancé's vision for your wedding day. There are no cookie-cutter weddings at Arlington Acres!

... AND with multiple ceremony locations you can have certainty that "Plan B" for rain will be beautiful!

The Barn

The Lawn

The historic barn at Arlington Acres has  capacity for over 200 guests when set up for a wedding ceremony. Its hand hewn barn beams, twinkling lights and chandeliers make for a stunning indoor wedding ceremony rain or shine!

The lawn by the silo at our Toledo area wedding venue is where most couples choose to have their ceremony, with trees and fields as the backdrop it is stunning all times of the year. The lawn can hold 250 guests!

The Patio

The patio is BRAND NEW so we've not yet used this space for an outdoor ceremony, but with rolling fields as the backdrop, shade most of the day and string lights it is sure to be gorgeous for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The patio can hold 250 guests!

THE RECEPTION

Celebrate forever in the romance of the barn &
our 2 indoor reception spaces 

Feel the magic of the barn as you dine with your nearest and dearest under the glow the string lights and dance the night away on the original wooden barn floor as the sun sets across the barnyard. 

Depending on your group size you can utilize our spaces different ways, either way they are stunning!


 

The Historic Barn

The historic barn at Arlington Acres can be used for various parts of your reception depending on your dream for the day, the weather and your guest count.

The historic barn is ideal for small to mid-size weddings with guest counts under 180.

​

The historic barn can be used for:

  • Cocktail Hour

  • Wedding Receptions with guest counts under 180

  • Dancing ... and more!

The White Pavilion

The white pavilion is great for weddings of all sizes, but is the only option for weddings over 180 guests. Our maximum capacity for this space is 250.

The White Pavilion can be used for:

  • Cocktail Hour

  • Wedding Receptions

  • Dancing 

​

One of the benefits of this space is it connects to our spacious patio which is often used for yard games, cocktail hour, dancing and more!

    • ​We have approximately 33 5ft round tables, 10 cocktail tables, 20 6ft rectangle tables​ and 1 wooden farmhouse table

  • Upgraded white wedding chairs for up to 250 

  • Upgraded mahogany wedding chairs for up to 250 guests

  • Handmade recycled wood bar with refrigerated drink coolers

  • Cedar arbor for ceremony

  • 4 whiskey barrels

  • Set up and tear down of tables and chairs is taken care of for you​

  • Golf cart for handicapped guests or transport around the property

  • Vendor and catering prep area with refrigeration, sinks, stainless steel tables and roll-up garage door for seamless unloading.

  • Provide your own alcohol as long as it is served by an insured bartender

  • Access to property for an engagement photo shoot

  • Hanging bistro lights

  • Easily-accessed outdoor parking 

  • Arlington Acres Team on-site the entire day

  • No hidden fees or minimums. Our pricing is transparent. 

  • Venue Management Includes:

    • Monthly open houses (May-October) to go over details and walkthroughs

    • Welcoming vendors day of

    • Set up of tables and chairs for reception & ceremony site

    • Trash facilities on site

    • On-site parking

    • Cleanup and teardown of tables, chairs and trash

 

* We do require our couples to purchase an additional one-day liability insurance policy, listing us as an additional insured. For under $250, it will give you $1,000,000 in coverage.

**Sunday weddings have 14 hours of total access and must conclude by 10 p.m. instead of 11 p.m.

You have the option of adding Thursday from 2:00pm-8:00pm to your Friday rental

OR Friday from 2:00pm-8:00pm to your Saturday rental for an additional $1,000 to your rental fee.

Decorate, rehearse, & take your time!

 

If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.
